Kabir Foundation Organises Tree Plantation under ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ Campaign

Kabir Foundation organised a tree plantation programme under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign at the tribal village of Kundarpura in Chhatarpur district, with the objective of promoting environmental conservation and building a greener future. Chhatarpur Collector Mr. Parth Jaiswal and Superintendent of Police Mr. Rajat Saklecha participated in the programme and planted saplings, encouraging citizens to plant a tree in honour of their mothers and take responsibility for its long-term care. The programme was attended by SDM Mr. Prashant Agrawal, Tehsildar Mr. Dheeraj Gautam, representatives of the Hotel Association, Green Army, hospitality sector, journalists, Kabir Foundation members, and local tribal residents. The initiative brought together the administration, civil society, hospitality sector, and local community. Participants pledged to protect the planted saplings, increase green cover, and promote collective responsibility towards environmental conservation.
